Taking Steps Forward in Counselling

If counselling interests you, the first step is simple and approachable. I offer a reduced fee for an initial consultation, where we can discuss your concerns, explore what you’ve been experiencing, and assess how counselling may benefit you. This session will help us determine whether therapy is the right fit for you, what you’d like to achieve, and how we can tailor the approach to meet your needs.

During our conversation, we can also discuss scheduling a time that works best for you, whether you’re looking for short-term support or something more long-term. My sessions are £75 for 50 minutes,
and I am available weekdays, as well as Sundays until 6pm.
